This is a 5 week course on Wednesday Evenings from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

Coming This Fall: Quilting 101 – A Beginner Quilt Series
Have you always wanted to learn how to quilt but weren't sure where to start? Quilting 101 is a new beginner-friendly series designed to teach the fundamentals of quilting from start to finish.
Over five weekly evening sessions, students will learn rotary cutting, fabric selection, accurate piecing, borders, quilting, and binding while creating a small quilt of their own. This class is perfect for brand-new quilters and confident beginners who want to build skills in a supportive, hands-on environment.
No quilting experience required. More details, dates, and registration information will be announced soon!
Course Breakdown:
Q101 — Let’s Get Started
Q102 — Perfect Machine Piecing
Q103 — Sashing and Borders
Q104 — Batting, Basting, and Binding
Q105 — Machine Quilting Basics
Students leave class with a completed quilt or a clear finishing plan.
Please note, students must have their own sewing machine for this class. It doesn’t need to be anything fancy, if a walking foot is available, this will be useful.
Fabric and class supplies sold separately.
Cancellation Policy
Please note: Workshop fees are non-refundable.
If you’re unable to attend, we’re happy to offer a one-time transfer to a future session or a similar class, based on availability. To be eligible for rescheduling, notice of cancellation must be received at least 72 hours before the workshop.
No-shows or cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop start time are not eligible for rescheduling.
