What makes our winter adventure unique? BVMA uses snowmobiles to access untracked powder in the bowls and glades of the high country. You don’t have to be an expert skier, if you can confidently ski the blue runs at the resort, you can ski with us. We can also accommodate expert skiers looking to get into backcountry skiing or just up for a challenge. We can also provide rental gear, to include avalanche safety equipment. In addition to our snowmobile accessed backcountry skiing, we offer Nordic (also known as cross country) skiing lessons and tours in the beautiful San Isabel National forest. We will meet in town and then travel a short distance to the trails where we will enjoy gliding through the forest in an unmatched winter landscape. We welcome those who are new to the sport. BVMA provides lessons and can set you up with rental skis through our partners at The Trailhead store in Buena Vista.
