By the People: Volunteer Transcription Workshop Discover how you can help make history more accessible through the Library of Congresss By the People crowdsourcing project! Participants will receive an introduction to the By the People program website, learn how the transcription process works, create a volunteer account, and practice contributing to real historical records. Whether you love history, genealogy, research, or simply want to volunteer from home, this workshop is a great way to help preserve the past for future generations. No prior experience is needed.
