The Annual W. Bill Holmes Kids FREE Fishing Derby is brought to you by the Broome County Federation of Sportsmen Club and Broome County Parks ! Kids must be between the ages of 1 and 15 years old. Registration will take place at the Derby. Prizes awarded every 15 minutes. Free hot dogs, chips, soda and prizes will be given out during the event!
