Key West - Jimmy Buffett Tribute Band featuring Doyle Grisham

The Key West Band was one of America’s first “Trop-Rock” bands. From 1993 until the end of 2018, they brought Jimmy Buffett's music to 20 states and 3 cruise ships. On Labor Day weekend 2023, the Trop-Rock community was shocked by the
death of Jimmy Buffett, the father of Trop-Rock. Within twenty-four hours, promoters were contacting the band begging, even demanding that they reform for a tribute concert. Utilizing their longstanding relationship with members of Jimmy’s Coral Reefer
Band Key West teamed up with some of the biggest names in the Trop Rock community. With only five weeks’ notice, The Key West Band was back, bigger and better than ever.
In 2024, Key West teamed up with Waiting to Hear, a Kingsport, Tenn., nonprofit with an amazing mission: To help deaf kids…HEAR! Since then, the “Music For Our Ears” concert at Paramount Bristol has become an annual tradition.
This year, Key West will be joined by the legendary Doyle Grisham. Doyle began playing with Jimmy Buffett in 1974 and is a cornerstone of the Coral Reefer Band. The band will also feature several special guest musicians including Josh Shilling the keyboardist for Wynonna Judd, Hoppie Vaughan from the Ministers of Soul, and the harmonica stylings of Gary Green.
Plan on hearing all the Jimmy Buffett favorites along with a few “deep cuts” that will thrill even hardcore Parrot heads. Come see why Jimmy Buffett’s club manager once told Key West: “Nobody does Buffett as well as you guys”. Jimmy himself would be proud
