Community Outreach Meetings
Two outreach meetings will be held at the
Colma Community Center, 1520 Hillside Boulevard, on July 29, 2026.
1:00 to 3:00 PM
and
5:30 to 7:00 PM
The Town of Colma invites residents, developers, nonprofits, stakeholders, property owners, homeowners, and all interested parties to attend a community open house and outreach meeting to learn more about implementing the Town’s Housing Element programs and the housing-related resources available to the community.
Housing Topics & Resources Include:
🏠 Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units (JADUs)
🏢 Affordable housing programs
🧩 Housing programs for people with developmental disabilities
⚖️ Fair housing resources and information
🏘️ Manufactured housing opportunities

🛏️ Transitional and supportive housing opportunities
🚉 AB 2097 – Elimination of Minimum Parking Requirements Near Public Transit
