In each Wordshop, we will:
Begin with a grounding sound bowl meditation to settle the mind and open the heart
Explore the theme of the day through reflection, discussion, and guided prompts
Identify personal intentions connected to the chosen word or concept
Create a custom Intention Jar using herbs, crystals, and candles selected to support your unique path
Close with sound and shared reflection, sealing your intention with presence and purpose
This is a welcoming, accessible space for anyone seeking connection, clarity, or a moment of mindful creativity. No experience is needed—just curiosity and an open heart.
