Join presenter Tom Rabbitt from the Society for Pennsylvania Archaeology for a program exploring the rich history of the Buffalo Creek region. This presentation takes participants on a journey through time, sharing how the Buffalo Creek area has been inhabited for at least 12,000 years. Learn about the Native American peoples who lived along the creek and discover how archaeology helps us understand their daily lives, culture, and connection to the land. The program will also highlight Native American artifacts found along the Buffalo Creek area and explain what these discoveries tell us about the region’s deep and meaningful history.
