Class: Healthy Communication with Children

Class Description: This 2-hour module is designed to help participants learn why healthy communication with children is important to helping children reach their optimal potential in development. Caregivers will learn to model healthy communication and the seven essential communication skills: active listening, expressing feelings, asking questions, communication verbally & nonverbally, speaking with respect, practicing empathy, and resolving conflict.
