The Crossing Arts Alliance is hosting a "Pollinator ARTY Party" at the Northland Arboretum! Join us for a celebration of all the little creatures that make our world a more colorful, healthy place. This family-friendly event is free to attend. Freewill donations are encouraged but not required! Prior registration and payment are *only* required for the mosaic project. Kicking off at 9:30am, get outside and learn all about pollinators at a walk-and-talk with a master naturalist! Another pollinator talk will be held at 10:30. From 10:00am-12:00pm, artist Laura Ruprecht will lead a make-and-take mosaic bug project for all ages. Registration is required for this activity! $10 per project, kids under 8 must be assisted by an adult. At 10:00 and 11:00, local author Lisa Cassman will read her children's book, "Our Butterfly Walk". Reminiscent of a scavenger hunt, this book is the perfect way to get your little ones outside exploring nature! Let's get outside and enjoy a morning of learning and creativity.
