Musical Motion is a free, bilingual learn-and-play class offered by Parenting Matters, designed to foster early learning and literacy skills in children aged 0-5. The program encourages bonding between parents/caregivers and their children through creative activities that enhance brain development and build essential skills such as social, language, and motor skills. Sessions are structured to prepare children for school success and equip parents with effective at-home activities. Parents also benefit from opportunities to socialize with other families and receive guidance from Parenting Educators. Classes are drop-in, with a one-time $10 enrollment fee, and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Families attending 10 classes receive an activity bag. The program is supported by various foundations and government entities.
