250 Acts of Community

To celebrate America’s 250th anniversary, Layton Hills Mall is proud to launch our 250 Acts of Community initiative — a meaningful commitment to strengthening the people, organizations, and neighborhoods that make Northern Utah extraordinary. Inspired by the belief that malls can be more than shopping destinations, this initiative reflects our vision of becoming a true community hub centered on connection, wellbeing, and shared experiences. From community service projects and nonprofit partnerships to wellness programs, military family support, educational experiences, and acts of kindness both large and small, Layton Hills Mall will complete and celebrate 250 intentional acts designed to uplift and connect our community throughout the year. These efforts will align with our core community pillars: Whether it’s hosting blood drives, supporting local nonprofits, creating family experiences, honoring military families, collecting donations, or providing opportunities for local organizations to engage with the public, every act will contribute to a stronger and more connected community. We invite our tenants, partners, nonprofits, schools, civic organizations, and guests to join us in making a lasting impact through service, generosity, and meaningful human connection. Together, we can show how a shopping center can become a place where community truly comes to life.
