Join us for the Groton After-School Cooking Series, "Join Us at the Table," tailored for kids and teens in grades 2-9. This 12-week program runs on Mondays from 4-6 PM, starting September 8, 2025, and ending December 15, 2025, with breaks on October 13, November 10, and December 1. The series emphasizes a peanut and tree nut-free environment and participants will be grouped by age and skill level. Throughout the program, students will master essential and advanced culinary techniques, including knife skills, pastry work, sauce-making, and artful plating. Highlights include two student-led dining events: a Midpoint Halloween Harvest Showcase on October 20 and the Grand Finale Festive Feast on December 15.
