Mindful Mondays

Join us for the month of July when we continue listening to the audiobook together of ‘Meditation For Mortals’ read by the author Oliver Burkeman. Meditations for Mortals is about stepping into a more meaningful, productive, absorbing and energizing life – not later, but right here in the midst of the overwhelm, the distraction, and the anxiety-inducing news headlines. Even if you haven't previously attended there are always bits of wisdom you can take away by attending.
If attending in-person hot tea will be available. Arrive 15 minutes early to bask in our darkened storytime room with a soothing video ambiance to relax. We meet each Monday at 7pm, either in-person in the Children's Dept. storytime meeting room or online via ZOOM.
