Mindful Mondays

Join us for Mindful Mondays in July as we gather to listen to the audiobook ‘Meditation For Mortals’ by Oliver Burkeman. This work guides us toward a more meaningful and energizing life amidst daily distractions and anxieties. Whether you're a returning participant or new to the group, you'll find valuable insights to take away. Attend in person at the Children's Department storytime meeting room or join us online via Zoom, with sessions each Monday at 7 PM.
