Details:
Patient Navigators from Terry Reilly, Community Health Workers from Full Circle, and WIC - a supplemental nutrition program for families with young children - will be available for any questions about navigating public benefits such as Medicaid or SNAP. This will be practical one-on-one help for individuals and their families. Library users will leave with an appointment at Terry Reilly if they are not able to be seen that day.
