About the Instructor:
Based in Portland, Oregon, Jacob has worked in the wine industry for 20 years, including more than 10 years with Vineyard Brands, where he manages Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Hawaii. After studying abroad in Graz, Austria during college, he developed a lasting passion for the wines, food, and culture of Central Europe that continues to inspire his work today.
