Middle and High Schoolers: Join us for this six-week program to learn about healthy ways to deal with the stress and anxiety that comes with being a teen! We’ll explore ways to validate ourselves and our feelings in positive ways, and how to prioritize our mental health. Make friends, create fun art projects, listen to music and eat snacks while we learn about self-care!
