**Weekly Walks at Ottawa Metro Park**
Join us on July 16 from 9:00 am - 10:00 am for our Weekly Walks, where you can enjoy the warm, sunny mornings of summer while getting your steps in! Accompanied by a Naturalist, we will explore the beautiful paths of Ottawa Metro Park, allowing us to achieve our fitness goals amidst nature. Be sure to dress for the weather, rain or shine!
