Join us for "Friday Mood: Jazzercise Move & Groove on the Lawn" every Friday at 8:30 AM! This invigorating session is designed to boost your heart health, tone your muscles, and leave you feeling uplifted. Open to all fitness levels, it's a great way to kick off your weekend with fun and fitness.
What to Bring:
- Handheld weights (recommended 5-10 pounds)
- An exercise mat for floor work
- A bottle of water to stay hydrated
