Labor Day Weekend: Sunrise, Sunset - Music Through The Day

Sunrise, Sunset – Music Through the Day invites audiences on a musical journey that traces the rhythm of a day honoring work, reflection, and the passage of time that shapes our lives. Presented in the spirit of Labor Day, this concert celebrates both the dignity of work and the beauty found in moments of pause from morning to night.
The program led by Artistic Director Michael Chertock includes Grieg’s "Morning Mood" from Pier Gynt, Dolly Parton’s anthem "9 to 5", Dmitri Tiomkin’s "High Noon Symphonic Suite", Debussy’s "Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun", Mussorgsky's "Night on Bald Mountain", and "Memory" from Cats.
You are invited to bring lawn chairs and blankets and well behaved pets are welcome.
Concessions will be available for purchase including hamburgers, hot dogs, brats, popcorn, chips, soft drinks, and ice cream treats. A portion of the proceeds from these sales benefits BAMSO.
