Join us for FREE intermediate, social-paced group rides every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 8:30 AM, starting from Cycology Bicycles. This year-round series focuses on building endurance and strength, with routes generally spanning 30 to 40 miles at an average pace of 15 to 17 MPH, incorporating regrouping along the way. Rides may be subject to time changes or cancellations due to weather and road conditions, so please check Cycology Bicycles' Facebook Page for updates. Participants should possess the necessary skills to ride safely in traffic.
