Join us and energy worker Carrie Galligan for an afternoon of stress relief while she plays various crystal singing bowls. Carrie is a MS Ambassador and will share a little bit at the beginning of the event about Multiple Sclerosis. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat or towel if you'd like to experience this event while laying down instead of in a chair. This free event will take place at the library after hours.
