Join Bloomington Public Library in welcoming its second Artist in Residence, Meghan Phelps!
Meghan’s workshops will take teens and adults on a journey through cosplay. The Saturday following each workshop, Meghan will offer a drop-in Q&A session to allow patrons to ask questions or receive help with the material presented in the previous workshop. Workshops require registration; drop-in sessions do not.
Workshops and drop-in Q&A sessions will meet on the following dates in the library’s Innovation Lab:
Intro to Cosplay

--- Related Q&A session will meet on Saturday, June 13, from 1-2pm; no registration
Cosplay on a Budget

Sewing Basics & Bookmarks

Makeup Tips & Tricks (basics & FX effects)
