Practicing Chi cultivation in a medium stance softly stretches your soft tissues, enhances skeletal alignment and balance, and enriches meditative breathing to boost concentration. January's introductory sessions will focus on embodying the first of the eight classical internal principles—expanding energy (Peng Jin).
This is a donation-based class. No prior experience is required, and people of all ages are welcome. It is recommended to wear flat-soled shoes and loose clothing. Illustrated materials and a YouTube channel with instructional videos will support your practice between classes.
Doors open at 10:45am, class begins at 11am
