Cosmic Quietude: Astrology & Gong Meditation

Join astrologer and sound practitioner David Heiss of Star Sounds for a nourishing Sunday afternoon designed to help you align with the rhythms of the cosmos while settling deeply into stillness, presence, and restoration.
Each gathering begins with a 20-minute Astrology Transmission, exploring the current planetary transits and the deeper themes moving through the collective and our personal lives. Through an evolutionary and soul-centered lens, David offers practical and inspiring insights to help you consciously navigate the energies of the week ahead.
From there, participants will be guided into a 50-minute Gong Sound Journey. Surrounded by the resonant tones of planetary gongs, singing bowls, and sacred sound instruments, you'll be invited into a meditative state where the thinking mind can soften, the nervous system can unwind, and a deeper connection to Self can emerge.
Whether you are seeking relaxation, spiritual insight, emotional renewal, or simply a quiet place to rest and reconnect, this weekly experience offers a sacred pause from the busyness of everyday life.
