The Youth Flag Football league offers two divisions for young athletes: 8U and 11U. This program is designed to introduce participants to the fundamental skills of football in a safe, non-tackling environment, fostering both skill development and social connections. Players of all abilities can enjoy the game while staying active. Volunteer coaches will guide teams in essential skills such as passing, catching, running, defense, and game strategy. The season runs from June to July, with practices and games scheduled three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, during weekday evenings from 6:00-8:00 PM and on weekends in the mornings or around noon. Each player will receive a jersey, while they must provide their own mouth guard. Additional details will be sent via email after registration.
