Fish Sculpture Family Class

Join us for the Fish Sculpture Family Class at the Center for Ceramics Studio, led by instructor Lara Blanchard. This engaging clay activity invites children ages 10 and up, along with their parents or guardians (who must also register), to create their own slab fish sculptures. Each participant will make one fish, decorate it with colorful underglazes, and leave it to be clear glazed and fired, with pieces ready for pick-up approximately two to three weeks after the class. This hands-on project offers an excellent opportunity to learn about hand building with clay slabs and surface decoration. The class is limited to 10 students, and for cancellations made up to 7 days before the class, refunds will be issued minus credit card fees. After this period, the fee becomes non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to a friend if needed.
