International Blues Challenge Local Qualifying Event

Join the Blues Society of the Ozarks for an exciting evening of music at the International Blues Challenge Local Qualifying Event on Thursday, June 11, from 6-9 PM, at Where House Bar (2463 W. Sunshine, Springfield, MO). Cheer on talented bands including The Tsunami Blues Band, Art Bentley and Blue Contagion, and Nathan Bryce and Loaded Dice, along with solo artists Justin Cauble and Bob Goodwin, as they compete for a chance to participate in the main event in Memphis. Admission is free, and all ages are welcome! Please note that performers had to preregister by May 31, 2026, to participate. While there will not be an open jam during this event, don't miss out on the fun and vibrant atmosphere! Additionally, mark your calendars for the monthly Blues Society of the Ozarks Open Jam on the second Thursday of each month at the same venue, where musicians and fans gather to jam, sing, or simply enjoy the music.
