Details:
You are invited to journey with us through a forest pathway performance designed to illuminate connections between the erosion and deposition of soil with human relationships. Using dance, music, puppetry, and poetry, Shannon Murphy and her collaborators explore the transitional spaces between love and grief - life and death. Each Performance Journeys will be for an intimate audience of 10 people. *Audience members must be physically able to walk through an unmanicured wooded pathway and should be aware of inherent risks associated with being out in this kind of natural environment (ie: fallen/falling branches, trip hazards, and insects).* Performances will be held on August 29 & 30 at 11am, 1pm, 4pm & 6pm at Subcircle Residency, 97 Guinea Road in Biddeford, Maine. This project is made possible through support from the Onion Foundation and Horizon Foundation.
