Sensing the Coast at July Art Walk

Join us for the July Art Walk in Biddeford on Friday, July 17, 2026, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, featuring "Sensing the Coast: An Art-Science Collaboration." This immersive exhibition combines art and science to explore Maine's changing coastal environments through interactive experiences stimulated by sound, sight, taste, and touch. Discover contemporary artworks, scientific research, and community projects that provide fresh insights into the region's coastlines and estuaries. Highlights include generative video installations, interactive mixed-media environments, and music composed from weather patterns. This event, part of a longer self-guided evening tour of downtown galleries, studios, and shops filled with local art, is free and open to the public.
