Stand Up Paddle Board Lesson

Biddeford Recreation is ready for you to join us and hit the water with our beginner Stand Up Paddle Board group lessons!
We have new equipment that you can use as part of your lesson. The learning curve is quick as we start with basics and work towards more skills to build on. See what all the hype about this fun sport is about, dress for success and plan to get a little wet as we practice dismounting and getting on the boards!
This program is designed for anyone who wants to learn about this fun outdoor sport. No need to be an athlete to do this; it's as easy as walking once you get a feel for it.
All equipment and a Registered Maine Guide as your instructor are provided. Please pay the $20 preregistration fee online.
