Details:
The Greater Columbus program offers a unique opportunity to engage with artist and writer Marcus Jackson, as he shares insights into his work and creative process in conversation with Rae Root, the CMA’s Roy Lichtenstein Curatorial Fellow. Attendees will have the chance to experience Jackson's art up close, hear him read poems from his upcoming book, Love’s Austere and Lonely Offices, which marries his skills in photography and poetry. This event is free for members and $5 for nonmembers, with registration required. Additionally, as part of the museum's 10 Minutes on the Dot series, participants can enjoy a close examination of a selected artwork for 10 minutes, guided by a CMA educator. This pop-up experience is included with general admission, requiring no prior registration.
