Did you know that in 1900, there were over 10,000 acres of cherry orchards between Loveland and Wellington and that Loveland had 6 canning facilities? The Great Western Sugar Company built the factory on Madison Ave., and it was in operation until 1985. 2026 marks the commemoration of the 1976 Big Thompson Flood and we will also have information on the 2013 Flood.
