Tie Dye T-shirts for Teens

Join us for an exciting summer of creativity and exploration at the Morris County Library! Teens aged 13-18 can express their artistic flair at the Tie Dye T-shirts event, where you can create your own unique designs using provided materials (while supplies last). Just remember that we’ll be using permanent dyes that may stain clothes and skin. No registration is necessary, but supplies are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additionally, engage in our Summer Grab and Go program with weekly crafts available at the Reader Services Desk—one craft per teen while supplies last! To add to the fun, participate in our Teen Summer Reading Bingo by collecting a Bingo Card, completing reading challenges, and earning your chance to win a $50 gift card to Barnes & Noble. The first teens to submit their Bingo cards will also receive an exclusive Unearth a Story swag bag (while supplies last).

For all ages, the Dinosaur Scavenger Hunt encourages families to explore the library by finding hidden dinosaur pictures in the windows. Completing the hunt earns participants a raffle ticket for prizes related to the Summer Reading Club, with adult supervision required.

Finally, delve into local history with the Then and Now Photo Challenge. Capture modern images of specific historic sites in Morris County between May 1 and June 30, 2026, for a chance to win one of two $50 gift cards.
