**Beginner Pickleball Lessons**: Led by coach Kip Lacey at Osage Park, these lessons run Monday evenings for 8 weeks from July 7th to August 25th. Perfect for new players, topics covered include grips, rules, scoring, dinking, transitioning from the baseline to the non-volley zone, and beginner drills.
**Summer Camps for Kids**:
1. **Fun with Felting (Ages 11–13)**: A weeklong camp led by local fiber artist Dani Ives, where campers will explore felting techniques to create 3D sculptures and wool paintings, inspiring creativity and storytelling through fiber art.
2. **ARTimals (Ages 5–7)**: Led by 37 North Expeditions, this weeklong camp allows young explorers to discover local wildlife and their habitats while creating art inspired by their findings.
3. **Painting Camp (Ages 5–7)**: Under the guidance of Kira Brought, campers will learn to see the world artistically, experimenting with acrylics and watercolors to create portraits, landscapes, and abstract pieces while having fun and making friendships.
