Details:
Join us for an enriching six-week series of creative classes, running from June 11 to July 23 (no class the week of July 4), at our venue. Immerse yourself in "Glass & Metalwork: Metal Jewelry," where you'll learn essential jewelry-making techniques such as using a jewelers saw, cold connections, riveting, and basic enameling. By the end, you’ll possess the skills and confidence to continue your jewelry practice at home. Tickets are priced at $237 ($197.50 for members and adults under 25), with all materials included.
Additionally, explore your artistic side in "Drawing: Exploring Sketching." This sketchbook-based class encourages playful observation and confidence-building in drawing. Through guided exercises, you’ll learn to capture form using simple shapes, line, and value while exploring dynamic environments across the museum. Taught by accomplished illustrator Chad Maupin, this course culminates in gestural figure drawing and introductory portrait work. Tickets are available for $213 ($177.50 for members and adults 25 and under), and all materials are included. Sign up before June 1st to receive a $10 discount!
