MEET CASEY, YOUR INSTRUCTOR: Learning while standing beside the matriarchs in the kitchens of my family, I have been a practicing generational kitchen and hearth witch for most of my life. Folk remedies, charms, food magic, and the power of "granny magic" or mundane magic of the everyday are things that I enjoy sharing with others and guiding them in learning those practices. Recently, I have answered the call to pursue the practice of sound healing work as well as stepping into the space of death doula - both things that resonate deeply with my journey this life cycle and am I proud to offer as services to the community in the very near future. MUNDANE MAGIC PART TWO: CLEANING YOUR SPACE Sweeping. Mopping. Doing the dishes. Laundry. Taking out the trash. These are things we do as part of our every day cleaning routines.
