Join the Teen Leadership Council (TLC) at the Bay Shore Neighborhood Library, located at 195 Bay Shore Ave. 90803, on Fridays, July 24 and July 31, 2026, from 3:00 to 3:30 PM. If you have great ideas for library events and want to help make them happen, this is your chance! The TLC meets half an hour before the Teen Hang to plan future activities for teens and prepare for the day's events. Volunteer credit is available for participants.
