Eden Mill Nature Center, located in Pylesville, Maryland, is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering appreciation and awareness of the area's natural and historical resources. Situated in the Deer Creek Valley, the center is housed in a 200-year-old gristmill and encompasses 117 acres of diverse habitats, including meadows, forests, and wetlands. The park features five miles of hiking trails, an adaptive canoe and kayak launch, and a bird-banding station. Eden Mill offers various educational programs and activities for all ages, focusing on environmental education through hands-on experiences. Their mission is to provide opportunities for people to connect with and understand the natural world and local history, encouraging the utilization of the facilities and programs. The center also includes a small museum and a native plant garden that attracts pollinators. It is managed by the non-profit Eden Mill Nature Committee in partnership with Harford County Parks and Recreation.
