Be A Scout Experience (B.A.S.E.)

Who - Pack and Troop leaders leading recruitment for their unit - ideally the new member coordinator.
What - Be A Scout Experience or B.A.S.E. is a hands-on training for unit leaders who will assist with Scouting Sign-Up Week and other sign-up events this Fall. This event will train leaders in the most up to date recruitment strategies as well as provide the physical resources like lawn signs and other items for units to use during recruitment. Leaders will also have the chance to practice their recruiting style with Mock Recruitment Event Opportunities.
Fee - This event is free.

Begins at 6:00 pm
Training will take roughly 90 mins. We will begin with an introduction and Fall Recruitment Overview. Then, we will provide an opportunity for our Unit Leaders to practice their recruitment skills at Mock Recruitment Events set up in the facility.
