Cookbook Club - “The Complete Salad Cookbook"

- Email info@bwlibrary.org to register and request a copy of the cookbook "The Complete Salad Cookbook" by America's Test Kitchen.
- Pick a recipe that you can follow without making modifications as the purpose of this club is to get a sense of the specific cookbook. Think of yourself as a recipe tester!
- Let us know which recipe you plan to prepare
- Prepare the recipe to share
- Meet at the library to discuss experience with recipes (trouble finding ingredients, ease of directions, any modification you would make if preparing the recipe again, etc) & anything else in the cookbook that sparks conversation
- Enjoy each other's creations!
