VAD Summer T-Shirt Pre-order! Bring a little piece of summer at The Van Aken District with you wherever you go! Our limited-edition 2026 VAD Summer T-Shirt is now available for pre-order only. Featuring a custom design by CLE Clothing Co., this tee celebrates everything we love about summer at VAD—from patios and community gatherings to shopping, dining, and sunny days in the District. $20 per shirt Presale ends August 1 Order with the link attached! Pickup Information: Shirts will be available for pickup at the Van Aken Property Management Office once they arrive (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM). We'll also host a Saturday and Sunday pickup table in August once the shirts arrive. Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks after the presale closes for printing and delivery (depending on total order volume).
