Seeing the Beauty Around You Photowalk

There are so many of us who are amazing photographers, yet don't realize it because the pictures are only taken in our minds. Creating a beautiful photo starts with being able to recognize beauty in the world around you.
In partnership with Chelsea Love Collective, the B&H Event Space invites you to join us for a casual stroll along the High Line as we learn to appreciate all we have around us. While we welcome all levels of photographers and all types of cameras, this walk is especially for those who have no photography experience and only a mobile phone camera. Photographer Derek Fahsbender will be showing you how to see in a new way, and how to turn those city scenes into memories that last a lifetime.
Please Note:
Photo gear will not be provided, but as with all our photowalks, feel free to bring your favorite camera, a camera phone or no camera at all! This is a great opportunity to build community while learning to see beauty all around you. All levels are welcome.
