Join Kasey for a special summer Kids Yoga series! This series will combine traditional yoga poses & breathing techniques, while being fun and engaging for a younger audience. Yoga is an excellent way to teach body awareness, as well as nervous system and emotional regulation, making it an excellent way to teach children how to care for their body & mind. This series is donation based to make it more accessible to all families. Intended for kids 12 & under. Parent attendance is mandatory, though participation is optional. Cost is per participant.
