Details:
Every 3rd Saturday of the month at the Timberline Ace in Battlement Mesa (Summer schedule: June 20, July 18, August 15) 11:30am-3:30pm Volunteers will assist a JHACC staff member in helping to introduce an adoptable animal to our wider community! They will also distribute mini-flyers about the many JHACC programs, and offer resource guides. Volunteers are expected to assist with holding the animals and with helping a JHACC staff member set up a table and various informational tools. Tear down is also required. Volunteers will be provided with a complimentary name tag and a folding chair. These events are indoor in climate-controlled buildings.
