Join us for the "Roarin' 20s: Flappers and the Charleston" event, where you'll discover the fascinating history of the Flappers, the iconic "It" Girls of the 1920s, led by local history librarian Sarah Hays. Following the informative session, you'll get the chance to practice the spirited dance, the Charleston, with instructor Gina Wilson from The Center: Dance and Yoga Studio in Kenmore. Cosplay as a Flapper is encouraged! This program is open to adults and teens (teens must be accompanied by an adult), and registration is required.
