Meet one-on-one with a case manager from the Summit County Job & Family Services.
This program is a partnership with Summit County Department of Job & Family Services. To learn more about the Department of Job & Family Services, click this link. The case manager will be at the Library from 10 AM - 4 PM on the first Tuesday of the month.
Case managers can assist with:
Applying for or renewing cash, food, or medical assistance.
Answering case or eligibility questions.
Scanning documents and verifications.
Making copies of important documents, such as birth certificates, Social Security cards, pay stubs, etc.
Accessing benefit issuance history.
Getting additional resources and support services.
