Come along with us as we celebrate the United States' 250th birthday with a special Revolutionary walk through Bangor's historic Mount Hope Cemetery. Explore the fascinating stories of those buried there who took part in the Revolution and of the families whose legacies shaped Conduskeag Plantation (Bangor) before 1800.
This walking tour lasts approximately an hour and 15 minutes and covers some hilly terrain. Appropriate attire and water are encouraged.
This tour meets at the Superintendent’s Lodge at Mt. Hope Cemetery, accessed by the 1048 State Street gate, Bangor. Please use the 1048 State Street Gate. Other gates may be locked.
Tickets are $12 per person.
In case of inclement weather, tours will be canceled if there is a chance of thunderstorms, but not if only rain is in the forecast.
Tickets must be purchased ahead of time.
