From dance to drama to musical performances, experience the magic of theater with our new On-Stage Performance Series. Designed to inspire a love of the arts and dramatic play, monthly performances will take place in Story Time Theater or Whitaker Theater. This group helps kids learn about Puerto Rico’s culture through music and movement, bringing families together to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. Sabor Caribeño was founded 1997 by Jackie Bishop and Lydia Santiago. It was founded to promote Caribbean and especially Puerto Rican culture and traditions, like bomba, plena, salsa and merengue.
